Our Products
SpiceMyStory is developing pre-written personalised romance novels. By choosing a released title and providing personalisation details, you would be customising an existing story — not commissioning a fully original work. Ranch Heat paperback is the intended first pilot but is not currently release-approved or available to order; Ruin Me Slowly and HMP Blackmoor are also marked coming soon.
Ordering
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Orders are accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
Personalisation
You are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details you submit. We produce your book exactly as specified. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery
Delivery availability, any applicable charge and the information available for your order are shown at checkout. We do not publish fixed dispatch or delivery windows, carrier commitments or gift-packaging promises. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
Returns & Refunds
Because every book is personalised specifically for you, return and remedy requests are assessed individually and in line with applicable consumer rights. If a book is faulty or damaged in transit, contact us with your order details and photos where useful so that we can review the issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights required by law.
Spice Rating and Flirt Duet
Spice Rating and Flirt Duet are entertainment and practice tools for adults aged 18 or over. AI replies, scores, commentary and compatibility results are generated for fun and practice; they are not professional dating advice and do not guarantee how anyone will respond in real life. Only invite adults who you reasonably believe want to take part. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, explicit or confidential material, or personal information about someone who has not agreed to participate. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, service availability and reasonable operating costs.
Spice Rating Membership Sales
Spice Rating membership sales are currently closed. No paid Spice Rating membership or membership checkout is offered through this website while the sales gate remains closed. Free Spice Rating play, the flirt-type quiz and Flirt Duet remain separate adult entertainment and practice features subject to the Spice Rating and Flirt Duet terms above.
Affiliate Programme
New affiliate applications and book promotion are paused while no customer book is release-approved. If you already belong to the Spice My Story affiliate programme, you must promote us honestly and lawfully and must not direct people to buy an unavailable product. Affiliates may earn commission only on approved completed sales tracked through the affiliate system. No commission is payable on refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, chargeback, or self-referral orders. Affiliates must not use spam, fake discounts, misleading claims, guaranteed earnings claims, paid ads that impersonate Spice My Story, or any content suggesting they officially represent the brand. Payouts are reviewed manually and may be withheld or reversed where we reasonably believe the referral is invalid, abusive, or in breach of these terms. Any payout threshold and eligibility requirements are provided in the affiliate programme.
Intellectual Property
All story content, characters, and plots are the intellectual property of SpiceMyStory. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
