SpiceMyStory sells pre-written personalised romance novels. By choosing a title and providing personalisation details, you are customising an existing story — not commissioning a fully original work. All books are printed to order.
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Orders are accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
You are responsible for the accuracy of personalisation details you submit. We produce your book exactly as specified. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We aim to dispatch within 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
Because every book is personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns except where the product is faulty or damaged in transit. In such cases contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will reprint and reship at no cost.
Spice Rating and Flirt Duet are entertainment and practice tools for adults aged 18 or over. AI replies, scores, commentary and compatibility results are generated for fun and practice; they are not professional dating advice and do not guarantee how anyone will respond in real life. Only invite adults who you reasonably believe want to take part. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, explicit or confidential material, or personal information about someone who has not agreed to participate. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, service availability and reasonable operating costs.
Spice Rating Plus is a rolling monthly membership billed securely through Stripe at the price shown before checkout. You can update your card, view invoices or cancel through Membership & billing inside the game. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
If you apply for or join the Spice My Story affiliate programme, you must promote us honestly and lawfully. Affiliates may earn commission only on approved completed sales tracked through the affiliate system. No commission is payable on refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, chargeback, or self-referral orders. Affiliates must not use spam, fake discounts, misleading claims, guaranteed earnings claims, paid ads that impersonate Spice My Story, or any content suggesting they officially represent the brand. Payouts are reviewed manually and may be withheld or reversed where we reasonably believe the referral is invalid, abusive, or in breach of these terms. The minimum payout threshold is £25.
All story content, characters, and plots are the intellectual property of SpiceMyStory. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
